Meet the Team
Dr. Joe T. Ruby, D.M.D., F.A.G.D.
A Uniontown native son, Dr. Ruby graduated from Uniontown High School and went on to earn a B.S. in Biology from Ohio University. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with a D.M.D. and completed a residency at West Virginia University.
Dr. Ruby has practiced dentistry in his hometown for over 45 years. A member of the Academy of General Dentistry, he was awarded their Fellowship Award in 2013. He is a past president of the Fayette County Dental Society, a past president of the Uniontown YMCA, and a Lifetime Member of the Uniontown YMCA Board of Directors.
Dr. Ruby has been married to his wife, Barb, for over 50 years, and together they have 2 sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out, fly fishing, and golfing, and he has won numerous local and state-wide golf tournaments.
Dr. Elizabeth Labuda DDS
Dr. Elizabeth Labuda is a Uniontown, PA native, graduating from Laurel Highlands High School where she played softball and basketball. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington & Jefferson College, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. During her time at W&J, she enjoyed volunteering for an after school program mentoring children with their homework, and for Fayette Counties' Operation Christmas, assisting with the local homeless shelters. After graduating from
W&J, she received a Masters of Health Science degree from West Virginia
University in Morgantown, WV where she worked alongside Dr.Elizabeth Kao conducting dry mouth studies comparing various products. Dr.Labuda received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University, where she was nominated by the faculty for an award in dental materials and received a two year scholarship.
Tammy VanNosdeln - Registered Dental Hygienist
Tammy is a dedicated hygienist who thrives on quality care for her patients ensuring a beautiful smile. She enjoys staying active when she is not at the office. Whether it's hiking, biking, or simply spending time with her husband and kids, she values family and adventure. As a proud grandma of two, she’s passionate about being the best "glam-ma" she can be, always making special memories with her grandkids. Balancing her career with a love for life, Tammy brings energy and warmth to everything she does.
Kayla Wilson- Registered Dental Hygienist
Kayla is a graduate of WCC, where she earned her RDH. With a passion for providing top-quality care, she goes the extra mile to educate her patients on the importance of proper oral hygiene. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs, and her family and friends. Whether she’s caring for her patients or making memories with loved ones, she always puts her heart into everything she does & makes the office a better place!
Courtney Suranski - Treatment / Insurance Coordinator
My husband and I have four children.
I love to read, hunt & fish, hike, anything outdoors really.
I am always at some kind of sporting event for the kids and we love to watch movies together. She always brings positive energy to the office and creates a fun atmosphere!
Tamara Labuda - Treatment Coordinator
I have a wonderful family, two boys and one girl.
I love the outdoors. I enjoy spending time in my flower garden. I also love to travel, spend time at the beach, fossil hunt, swim and bike.
In the winter I love to bake yummy goodies and craft.
Morgan Sheehan- Dental Assistant
Morgan has a passion for helping people smile brighter. When she's not working, you'll find her soaking up the sun at the beach or spending quality time with her close-knit family. She’s also a proud cat mom to Kiwi. She is Dr.Labuda's right hand girl who is always ready to dance & sing while working hard. She truly makes the office a brighter place!
Hailey Lough - Scheduling Coordinator
Hailey is the scheduling wizard who keeps everything running smoothly, both in the office and beyond. Known for her hard work and positive attitude, she’s always ready to brighten your day with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Outside of work, Hailey loves spending time with her friends, family, and pet birds. Whether she's managing the schedule or enjoying time with her loved ones, she always brings positive energy no matter the day or time!
Jessica Willson - Certified Dental Assistant
Jessica is an invaluable part of our team, stepping in whenever needed with her expertise and positive attitude. As a dedicated dental assistant, she brings not only skill and knowledge but also a genuine passion for her work that shines through in everything she does. Outside of the office, Jessica is a wonderful mother who cherishes every moment spent outdoors with her husband and children.Her upbeat personality and warm energy make her a joy to have around, both at work and in everyday life.
