Meet the Team
Dr. Joe T. Ruby, D.M.D., F.A.G.D.
A Uniontown native son, Dr. Ruby graduated from Uniontown High School and went on to earn a B.S. in Biology from Ohio University. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with a D.M.D. and completed a residency at West Virginia University.
Dr. Ruby has practiced dentistry in his hometown for over 45 years. A member of the Academy of General Dentistry, he was awarded their Fellowship Award in 2013. He is a past president of the Fayette County Dental Society, a past president of the Uniontown YMCA, and a Lifetime Member of the Uniontown YMCA Board of Directors.
Dr. Ruby has been married to his wife, Barb, for over 50 years, and together they have 2 sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out, fly fishing, and golfing, and he has won numerous local and state-wide golf tournaments.
Dr. Elizabeth Labuda DDS
Dr. Elizabeth Labuda is a Uniontown, PA native, graduating from Laurel Highlands High School where she played softball and basketball. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington & Jefferson College, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. During her time at W&J, she enjoyed volunteering for an after school program mentoring children with their homework, and for Fayette Counties' Operation Christmas, assisting with the local homeless shelters. After graduating from
W&J, she received a Masters of Health Science degree from West Virginia
University in Morgantown, WV where she worked alongside Dr.Elizabeth Kao conducting dry mouth studies comparing various products. Dr.Labuda received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University, where she was nominated by the faculty for an award in dental materials and received a two year scholarship.
Tammy VanNosdeln - Registered Dental Hygienist
Tammy is a dedicated hygienist who thrives on quality care for her patients ensuring a beautiful smile. She enjoys staying active when she is not at the office. Whether it's hiking, biking, or simply spending time with her husband and kids, she values family and adventure. As a proud grandma of two, she’s passionate about being the best "glam-ma" she can be, always making special memories with her grandkids. Balancing her career with a love for life, Tammy brings energy and warmth to everything she does.
Breanna Moyers- Registered Dental Hygienist
Bree is a fabulous Hygienist who graduated from Potomac State College before heading to Allegany College of Maryland to finish her degree as a RDH.
When she’s not keeping smiles sparkling, you can find Bree shopping, exploring new places, or taking a Hot Girl Walk—because apparently steps count extra when they’re cute. Whether she’s caring for her patients or making memories with loved ones, she always puts her heart into everything she does & makes the office a better place!
Julianne Bedilion - Treatment / Insurance Coordinator
Julianne loves helping patients navigate the world of dental insurance and making treatment plans a little easier to understand. She’s basically our office translator for all things insurance!
When she’s not helping patients, Julianne enjoys working out, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her dog, Bear.
She brings a caring, organized, and friendly personality to our team—and is always ready to help make your dental experience as smooth as possible! We are lucky to have her apart of our dental team!
Tamara Labuda - Treatment Coordinator
Tammy has a true talent for adding those finishing touches that make our office feel warm, welcoming, and like home. She’s always thinking of the little things that make our patients feel special.
She’s happiest spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors. When she’s not busy making memories with her two boys and one girl, you’ll find her tending to her flower garden, traveling, relaxing at the beach, fossil hunting, swimming, or riding her bike.
When winter arrives, Tammy trades her gardening gloves for mixing bowls and craft supplies. She loves baking yummy goodies and getting creative with crafts!
We’re lucky to have Tammy as part of our team—and even luckier that Dr. Labuda comes with such a wonderful mom! We love having her volunteer her time in the office, she will be sure to give you a good laugh while you are visiting!
Rachel Hileman- Dental Assistant
Rachel has been a Dental Assistant since 2021 and joined our team in July 2026! She’s an outgoing, team-oriented person who loves helping her coworkers succeed and keeping the office running as efficient as possible.
When she’s not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and soaking up the outdoors. She’s a proud mom to a son who is a senior at WVU and a daughter studying Psychology at WCCC.
Rachel is also a proud dog mom to two Golden Retrievers, Atlas and Goose! Goose is extra special—he’s Rachel’s Therapy Dog and is always ready to bring some extra love and good vibes wherever he goes. She truly makes the office a brighter place!
Sheri Morgan- Scheduling Coordinator
Sheri is the scheduling wizard who keeps everything running smoothly, both in the office and beyond. Known for her hard work and positive attitude, she’s always ready to brighten your day with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her friends and family. Whether she's managing the schedule or enjoying time with her loved ones, she always brings positive energy no matter the day or time!
Jessica Willson - Certified Dental Assistant
Jessica is an invaluable part of our team, stepping in whenever needed with her expertise and positive attitude. As a dedicated dental assistant, she brings not only skill and knowledge but also a genuine passion for her work that shines through in everything she does. Outside of the office, Jessica is a wonderful mother who cherishes every moment spent outdoors with her husband and children.Her upbeat personality and warm energy make her a joy to have around, both at work and in everyday life.
Sophia Labuda - Director of Office Morale.
While the rest of us worry about teeth, Sophia focuses on the really important things—treats, belly rubs, and making sure everyone is doing their job.
When she’s not busy supervising the staff, Sophia enjoys going for walks, taking stylish stroller rides, and accepting pets! She stays on her office chair unless she is call upon. She sure will get you to show your smile before you leave the office.
She may not know much about dentistry, but she’s an expert at brightening smiles and improving office morale
